HISTORY
Cindamar Used Books was established by Stan and Stephanie Shaw in 1988. Originally an antique shop with books, it soon turned into a book shop with antiques. In 2001, problems with Stephanie’s health caused the Shaws to decide to sell the business. Carl and Terri Beamer purchased it in the fall of that year and changed the name slightly to Cindamar Books LLC. Since then we have been working to computerize and expand the stock, making it easier for our customers to find the books they want.
